Specialized Industry Tools

When completing a home inspection, Matthew makes sure he has all the necessary tools to get the job done. He always keeps a moisture meter and spectroscope on hand. Additionally, Matthew always carries a radon detector when testing for radon gas.

Moisture Meter The moisture meter allows him to measure humidity levels in walls and ceilings, looking for any signs of potential water damage.

Radon Detector Radon is an odorless gas that can cause serious health problems if left unchecked, so he will identify any dangerous levels present in the home before any purchase agreements are finalized.
